This coaching package is designed for those who are at the beginning of or currently going through the diagnosis process. You will become more self aware and learn how to care for your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing whilst going through your diagnosis. This will enable you to take back control of the process and set the direction for your health that is right for you.
